Hi, my name is Leonila, named after my father’s mother—but everyone calls me Lily.
I’m a dedicated neighbor with over 15 years of experience in social services, including roles as a Care Manager, Home Health Aide, and Behavioral Support Specialist. My passion for helping others has grown through years of supporting individuals and families with compassion, dignity, and respect I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science with a double major in Psychology from San José State University in California, and a Bachelor’s in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Teaching K–12 from Brandman University in Irvine, CA (now University of Massachusetts Global).Throughout my career, I’ve worked in both in-home and facility settings, caring for seniors, individuals with dementia, and those with behavioral or cognitive needs. I bring a calm, caring, and personalized approach to each person I work with, always focused on making life a little easier and brighter. I’ve lived in Cazenovia for over two years and have three children in the local school district. Being part of this community has been a gift, and I’m proud to offer my time and experience as a trusted, helping hand to those who may need it.
